By using the applications and services provided by CleverPocket Dev (the “Developer”), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using our mobile applications, including ScreenRest, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

2. License and Use

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use our apps for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Modify, copy, or reverse engineer the software.
• Use the apps for any illegal activities.

3. Beta Testing Programs

If you participate in beta testing:

• You acknowledge that the software is in a testing phase and may contain bugs or errors.
• Testing Period: The mandatory 14-day testing period begins only after the minimum number of testers required by Google is reached and active. Early participants may be required to remain in the program for longer than 14 days.
• Reward Eligibility: Lifetime access rewards are subject to the successful completion of the testing phase and the application’s subsequent official publication. The Developer does not guarantee that the application will be approved by Google for public release.
• Voluntary Participation: You may stop participating in the testing program at any time. However, withdrawal or failure to remain active for the required period will forfeit any eligibility for rewards.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The applications are provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind. The Developer does not guarantee that the apps will meet your requirements or be error-free.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Developer be liable for any damages (including loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use the applications.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the apps after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Developer’s jurisdiction.
