By accessing the website or downloading and using the mobile applications provided by the developer, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and the website’s Privacy Policy.

You represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract, or that you have obtained parental/guardian consent to use these services.

2. License and Use

A personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license is granted to use the website and applications for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the website or applications for any illegal activities.

3. Testing Program

By participating in any testing program provided via this website, you agree to the following specific terms:

• Nature of the Software:
  You acknowledge that the software is in a testing phase and may contain bugs or performance inconsistencies. As this is a pre-release version, any data or settings specifically related to your use of the application (such as preferences, statistics, or progress) may be reset or lost during updates or when transitioning to the final version.
• Testing Period:
  In compliance with Google requirements, the mandatory 14-day testing period begins only once the minimum number of required testers is reached and active. Users joining before this milestone may be required to remain in the program for longer than 14 days.
• Reward Eligibility:
  Receiving rewards (such as “Lifetime” access) is subject to the successful completion of the testing phase and the subsequent official publication of the application. The developer does not guarantee that the application will be approved or published by Google.
• Voluntary Participation and Withdrawal:
  Participation is entirely voluntary and you may opt-out at any time. However, early withdrawal or failure to remain an “active tester” for the required duration will result in the forfeiture of any eligibility for rewards.
• Data Collection and Purpose:
  To participate in the program, you agree to provide your email address (specifically, the address associated with your Google Play account). This data will be processed by the developer exclusively to:
  • Grant technical access to test versions via the Google Play Console.
  • Send strictly operational communications regarding the test (e.g., updates, bug reporting).
  • Manage the distribution of earned rewards.

Your data will not be used for marketing purposes or shared with third parties, in compliance with the Privacy Policy.

4. User Feedback and Ideas

Feedback and ideas for new features or future applications are always welcome! However, to avoid potential misunderstandings, if comments, suggestions, or ideas are submitted via website contact forms, emails, or during the beta testing process, you agree that:

• The submission is entirely voluntary and made without expectation of compensation, now or in the future.
• You grant the developer a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, implement, and commercialize those ideas in current or future products without any obligation or attribution to you.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website and applications are provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind. The developer does not guarantee that the applications or website will meet your requirements, be completely error-free, or operate without interruption.
